About

An ever learning student.
A constantly evolving teacher.
A lover of life and believer in the power of community.

Most of all, I am a person trying to go through life with grace and truthfulness, working her way through human relationships and the peculiarities of the Self.

9 years of teaching and a total of 19 years of practice have brought me to this moment in which I now offer guided yoga classes, based on adequate anatomical alignment and logical sequencing, that lead to a satisfying physical and energetic experience.

My eternal desire is to help anyone that is on the quest for truth, love and kindness.
I would love to share my tools with you and take part in the exploration of your inner flows, edges and depths. My mission is to be here for you with all my resources so you can walk your way towards peace and power with a deeper sense of grace and trust.

I welcome you to join this eternal journey of self-exploration and divine connection through the teachings of yoga.

Love and care,
Vio

My story

Now, as I am writing this, I take a look back and realise that it all had started way before I knew. It might sound as a cliche, but finding yoga was truly one of those Serendipity moments we all have heard about. As a 10yo girl I was definitely not looking for yoga but I surely needed it in my life.

As a quite problematic child which was hiding its sadness behind aggression, I found my kind of therapy in the form of Yoga. Even though my first classes were more like an aerobic training with asana-like postures, the effect of simply moving my body was seen and deeply felt.

Being in the rush to know everything, I started reading books that were too complicated and visiting all types of classes that were too confusing for my young mind. Having the desire to be recognised and the need to be a part of a community, made me desperately run among different teachers, trying to feel the deep teacher-student connection that I had read about.

“When the teacher is ready, the master appears”. Obviously it took 7 years to become ready for mine. You will find more about my teachers in the “Acknowledgement” section.

At this time Yoga already felt like something I knew from before. A memory from a long forgotten past. It really was the purest thing that brought balance and a sense of purpose to my life.

I took my first training in 2014 and from then on yoga took me places, taught me lessons and showed me real magic. I never went back. I was right where I needed to be and still am. Teaching my heart out. Sharing every thought and moment. Living yoga. Loving life.

Fast forward to today, I have studied with incredible teachers, taught thousands of classes to amazing humans in Bulgaria and abroad, led workshops and retreats that not only deepened the practice but also built a solid community of beautiful conscious people.

My style of teaching

I believe that a great class is one that is taught from the heart, with passion, curiosity and deep understanding of the body and also energetics, while using precise but yet simple verbal guidance.

You can expect your practice with me to be well balanced between creativity and logic, knowledge and intuition, flexibility and strength, intensity and rest, fun and seriousness. And all this with great care as for your body, so for your mind.

Acknowledgments

For all that I have to offer today I am always grateful to my teachers that shaped my style of teaching but also gave me space and inspiration to find my own voice and methods.
I bow to all my teachers. For without their guidance, encouragement, knowledge and care, I wouldn’t be the human and teacher I am today. Forever Grateful.
